Hi everyone,
I a backer, one of those that waited for the closing hours before jumping on board. Also, before that I pestered Oliver about the guns and some of the rules he was going to employ.

Hi all, I am Mike. Started to game back in 1979 after reading The Hobbit and got hooked. Been bouncing from RPGs, table top, pc gaming over the years, but all in all never wavered from the geeky-side of humanity. Big fan of Wonder Woman for the DC Universe and Captain America for Marvel. As you see me in my profile pic as Cap. As far as zombie genre goes, I always enjoyed the zombie classics by Romero, but got really excited with Zach Snyder's remake of Dawn of the Dead. Then moved onto Max Brook's book, The Zombie Survival Guide, then discovered his other book, World War Z. Got to meet him a few years back at Wizard World Chicago and chat him up a bit. I discovered The Walking Dead comics a little too late while running events for Wizkids at local shops as an event coordinator. Got hooked heavily on the series though. I had thought of putting together an RPG system for post-apocalyptic zombies, as I have design credits through WizKids and know a bulk of the process to bring a game to light. Thankfully Oliver and crew beat me to the punch, so looking forward to this game system. I hope to see expanded material for this universe, ranging from campaign materials to expanded guidebooks. Heck, I recall the days when a little known company by the name of TSR was starting out

Welcome Capt Mike, Glad to have you aboard. So what is your favorite game either then or now?. *coughs Infected Well my favorite stock RPG had to have been Gamma World. I used to belong to the Hoffman Estates Wargamers guild, and a guy there had made up his own Cars Wars RPG game. That was LOADS of fun to play. These was pre-GURPS, and way better than and GURPS system ever put out. As far as what grabs my main attention as of late would be Splendor and Lords of Waterdeep right now. Machi Koru comes in at a close third. This is all table top/RPG though. As far as PC games go, I dabble in Lord of the Rings Online and Civilization V as of late. Favorite of all time has to be Masters of Orion II though. I can't claim Infected yet, as I have yet to play it I do have high hopes for it, as I ended up spending a small fortune on the Urban Apocalypse Battle Terrain for this game.
